Services & Pricing

 

Payment Methods: Ronald Evans Photography accepts Personal/Business Checks, and Cash. Session Fees are payable at the time services are rendered. Payment for print orders are due when the prints are delivered. There is a $30 charge for any returned check. Please note: Session and Print Pricing are subject to change at any time, however Session Fees are locked in when you book your date and time. Print orders will reflect the current pricing at the time of your order.

 

Booking/Session Fees: Photographer will require a Non-refundable $50 Booking Fee that is applied to the cost of your service. This is due prior to the session to lock in your date/time. Booking Fees are non-refundable. Rescheduling up to 48 hours in advance of the session date is permissible and your fees will carry over to the new date/time. Cancellations or rescheduling less than 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the Booking Fee unless bad weather is the issue.

Location Fees: (for example, Admittance fees may apply depending upon the location of the photo session.) will be added to your invoice as a separate line item.

 

Retouching: Each session includes Standard Retouching at no additional charge. This service includes color correction, simple airbrushing, black & white/sepia conversions if liked and resizing images to client specifications.

Enhanced Retouching is available for an additional $13 min per image. Enhanced Retouching includes major blemish removal, special filter and airbrushing effects, etc.

 

Deliverable: Depending on the size of the photo shoot, I normally deliver my photo files (high resolution .jpg format) via online download or on a CD/DVD. And of course I also offer custom prints that I get done from a Pro photo lab I trust for their color calibration and print quality. A thumb drive containing the images instead of a dvd is available for additional $25.

Multiple Athlete Package   $60.00 per athlete.

This fee pays for one athlete to have action shots taken. (minimum of 3 athletes on the same team to sign up for this price.)

This package includes:

1 DVD/CD or online download with 7 high resolution images for each athlete.

All images are edited to provide the highest quality photo of your athlete.

A photo print release form which allows unlimited printing and use of all images.

This package includes:

1 DVD/CD or online download with 14 high resolution images of your athlete.

All images are edited to provide the highest quality photo of your athlete.

We keep it very simple you pay by the hour

 (Priced to fit your needs and buget)

$75 per hour

 

All Sessions Include the below listed:

  

Photography is available on location 

Sessions start at 1 hr min and can go up to 3 hours. At $75 per hr (4 people max)

 Family Portraits (Over 4 people add $25 per hr per extra person) 

(Model Portfolios are one person max)

Each hour will yield 9 to12 images for you 

You get a CD/DVD or online download of your Images   

Includes a print release for prints. 

Online proof gallery password-protected album for 30 days.

Online Gallery uploaded in approximately 2 to 3 weeks!

Wardrobe changes are allowed.

 Locations further away than 40 miles from Binghamton NY will incur a fee of $0.50 per additional mile round-trip.

 

 Hair and make up is very highly recommended
